[Resolved] Street Style Store — No Intimation on the delay of the product

I have placed the order on 9th February. I have received no intimation email about the status of the delivery nor have i received the product. It is the worst service ever as none even tried to get in touch with me intimating me about the delay. This is a prepaid order. I will not wait any more. I want my refund back if you can not deliver it on time.

Updated by Priya Ashwin This is to express my displeasure on the pathetic service you guys are offering to the customers. I have made an order on 9th February and in so many days no intimation has arrived on my product apart from the invoice. I paid by card and i absolutely have no clue what happened here nor am i able to track my product. The customer care number i got on the internet is not valid. I read similar complains from customers on the internet. I want a refund back if my product is not delivered to me in 2 days. I will take legal action against you if you are cheating the customers with such shoddy unaccountable behavior. I want an immediate response from you.

You understand nothing as you are conducting your business without knowing the slightest basics of keeping the customers informed. There is not a single customer care number that works and that can reach you. You have duped thousands of customers like me who have all paid up in advance. Dont treat this as a joke. You will be dragged to court for fraudulent trade practices under consumer protection Act. I want to know the time frame when i will receive my product.
