I ordered 3 products from SSS and received 1 wrong item. Since then i have been reaching out to them to exchange the product I paid for but even after raising many tickets and calling 10times a day there is no response. Please take strict action against the company as they claim to reach out and resolve the queries in 24-48 hours but its been 2 weeks since i am trying to reach out to them. This is a fraud and misleading advertisement. THIS MUST STOP NOW

there has been no update from the company. infact, they just sent an email stating the order has been delivered. It is extremely fraudulent of such companies to run any kind of business who are there just to earn money the wrong way.
I still have the wrong product and not the one I paid for. All the raised tickets are still showing 'unresolved'.
