Street Style Store — No response from the customer for replacement of shoes

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes (COD) on 19th July 2016 and received it on 25th July 2016, however, the size doesn't fit me. since that day I have been trying to request for a replacement but unable to do. I had send an email to the customer care and I was informed that the process is online now. When I tried doing it online it allows me to submit my request but once I hit submit the page gets stuck and says "Thanks for your exchange request.. Completing your request. This may take some time... Please do not referesh the page...". and this goes on the entire day. Repeated emails to customer care has not helped as they are list bothered to respond and the phone number never works. My order number is 816408

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 48 hours.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse replacement order will be made as per your new size.

I have emailed the screen shot at the above mentioned email id. Please check and suggest.
I thought putting a complaint in the consumer complaint website will expertise the process and my issue will be heard and resolve but I was mistaken. Its been 3 days now and there is no resolution.
Is this a fake site?????????????????????????? this forum is as painful as the street style store customer care. After 1 response your complains are just ignore.
