I guess your grace period of 2-3 working days u had requested for have already passed and you have not kept your word as usual. Updated by Shristy Jain If the product is out of stock, i request you to refund the money in the account from which i made the payment. I don't wanna go for any other product. And give me any other way to contact you people, any number on which someone will answer the phone.
First you people say we will deliver the product, ask for grace period, and after a month of lingering you text me product is out of stock.

The refund amount worth Rs 999 has been done from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.
