[Resolved] Street Style Store — non delivery of purchased item

I ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd of march 2015 with order no (HTQBCNLBJ) The Good Inside - Shoe Size : 35 & made payment online. I got the confirmation that i will get my order within 21 days but i am yet to receive any mail or call from their side. I alreday registered my complaint on their e portal website with ticket number 24335 & 29696 . Help asap.
