WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
This complaint is regarding 'Order # 1181320' with the Vendor "Street Style Store." It was a prepaid order for women apparel(s).
I'd requested for an exchange because the size of the received apparel was smaller than what is required by me. The exchange was initiated by the Vendor through their Carrier/Delivery Chain - Delhivery. However, nobody from Vendor's Carrier showed up for pickup exchange and closed the "ticket" requesting an exchange raised by me.
I've neither received an exchange nor had been issued a store credit note. Vendor's consumer care number always go unanswered and the website is not compatible to address the concerns of consumer. This is highly frustrating and time consuming.
The ticket for exchange on Vendor's site with the tracking number "S[protected]" has been closed and reflects that the exchange was initiated and the right sized apparel was "delivered." This actually is incorrect and misrepresented because the goods delivered initially is still with me. Also, I'm now unable to initiate any kind of correspondence with the Vendor because they have "blocked" all channels of communications for the order # maintained above.
I sincerely hope that the Vendor is not indulging in sham and unfair business practices, because the the way they are carrying out their business is not per the protocols followed by similar e-commerce business. It is an earnest request to persuade the Vendor to finish the transaction by either initiating an exchange, issuing credit note for the amount transacted, or refund the money held by the Vendor.
