This is probably the worst online shopping site i have ever experienced. I had bought a few products worth Rs.999. The products were really of low quality, so i tried to return them. This return process really was so troublesome. they dont respond to ur mails once they receive their money and there is no other was to reach out to them other than mail. and once u have paid them they dont bother to respond. I literally had to bend backward to get them to take back their products. they final did after several mails and issued me a credit note of Rs.999. Now I wanted to use that credit note and purchase something else. but i am not able to use that al all. I have sent them three mails regarding this but they just dont seem to respond. This is my last resort to get my money or products. It would be very helpful if anyone could resolve this. And one more thing to all those who are reading this... It is my sincere advise and request - please dont buy anything from street style store online site, the products that they show and the ones they deliver are completely different.
