[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Not getting my money back after returning the product.

When the product was delivered to me and I opened it at that time only but the quality was not good and I place the return request within 15 minutes ofGetting the product from the delivery agent., , , Now they have Kept my return on hold telling that Quality check have failed. I can’t understand the reason because I Placed my return request within 15 minutes and the reason for returning the product was the same that the quality was not good and I don’t understand now what should I do how can I get my money back.Please help
