HBRQPWUKT h is my order number placed on the 9th of october 2016. They have not sent any tracking id, but say the product is shipped. there is no response from the phone number, their email replies are not answering any queries at all.
I want the parcel delivered or the money refunded.
They should at the very least communicate with their clients.
