Street Style Store — Not received product according to policy

I ordered footwears from this company they have and instagram account and also a website. As per their policy they dispatch orders from 3-21 days from the date of order placed. But i have placed my phone order on 4 july 2020 and its been more than 21 days they haven’t dispatch my order nor their customer service is available.
