Street Style Store — Not receiving email or sms for confirmation of the items purchased

I have ordered two heels which cost 1099 and i have made the payments as well on 14th December but after the payment was done i didnt receive any email nor sms from the store so i tried calling customer service and it doesnt work no calls have been picked up by the employees even during office hours
