I have ordered 2 pair of heels on 26th of september 2017 and i have not got any delivery details.

Order invoice no - 1771318
I have received a phone call from the customer care telling that the stock is not available. But when i order the heels it had shown me that those heels are in stock.
I want my order to be delivered by 14th of october as its my birthday
Please do understand my problem, its my humble request.
