Street Style Store — Not shipping the placed order | |||
I had placed order for 2 shoes on Jan 19. I received 1 pair of shoes on Feb 15. From then the order status for the second pair of shoes show PRIORITY DISPATCH. REference number - "BFOSWYMEI" And here's the response from customer support - Street Style Store Resolver Feb 22 (2 days ago) to me Pallavi that product was given for production to the vendor as the specific size was not available in that product at that point of time. It is under quality check now after production and will be dispatched at the earliest. Pooja Seth 5:02 PM (16 hours ago) to me Hi Pallavi mirajkar, This is regarding your email, as we can not commit you for an exact date of delivery, but we will do our level best to ship your order as soon as we can and we will give you the intimation on the same once it will get dispatched from our end. They say they cannot commit on exact delivery date. Then why is it mentioned on website 3-21 days. I have paid the amount. I want to cancel the order and get my money refunded immediately.
