[Resolved] Street Style Store — order id: 1783197 replacement issue

I received my order on 30 october 2017 since then i’m trying to place a replacement or exchange but in ‘my account’ section it shows that the product is still under process and there is no replacement option. I tried contacting sss through mails since then but haven’t received a single response from their side. The product i received are in such bad condition with horrible finishing and feels like its from a really old stock. It doesn’t even match with the description provided. I would like to exchange the product with some better produch of similar cost. Or else i’m never going to buy from sss in future ever again.
