I had placed an order for 2 shoes, received wrong size, placed a request for exchange. The wrong order had been picked up the very next day by the delivery guy, but there has been no information regarding the replaced order items being dispatched. I have been calling the customer care since last 5 days but there has been no reply to my calls. It has been a tiresome task and i would like the order to be cancelled and get my money refunded back asap.
