When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 48 hours.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

And I have forwarded your order#810385 details to the warehouse department and they will dispatch your order on priority basis.
