I am Akanksha jain, I was ordered one Memorable Moves Heel in brown - Shoe Size : 35, my order reference. is WJCKPKBPD and #1260356 at 1 feb 2017 but, i have recevied your mail as per my conversation, but that time the order is not delivered, please give me truth, the order is delivered or not, I am so fedup to again and again to mailed you. i have also called your again helpdesk number but nobody received any call and always showing the" line is busy". This is my last mail, please give me a last answer, my order delivered or not and how much time to deliver my order and also delivered confirmed date. At earlier, i have also one wedges was ordered the date is 27 nov 2016 but that wedges are not delivered. i have have also called your help desk number but nobody received my call, the call is always showing waiting, please tell me, how can get information about my order have delivered or not.. please give me response asap.
