[Resolved] Street Style Store — order is yet not delivered

Hi,
I have also placed a order on 07/29/2017 on sss for a dress. After ordering i have also raised several tickets on my account on sss and recieved response that i will get my orders soon.
But now for me, this is really disappointing and this behaviour is not allowing me to order again from sss.

My order reference id is #1684300. Can anyone from sss look over this and assist?
