After receiving the following order
Lightweight velvet jacket with pockets - size : s
I want to exchange it for a different size but can't initiate an exchange as the order status on the site still shows 'shipped' instead of 'delivered ' & hence there's no option to initiate exchange although i've of received it yesterday. The tickets generated regarding it are still unanswered! Please help!
