[Resolved] Street Style Store — order not delivered no. 1827480

Its already been a month since i have placed the order and earlier the expected date for delivery was showing 30th oct'17 but now no such information is available and even after leaving consecutive queries i have not received any response from the company. Please help me out with the same and kindly tell me about the latest status. The same problem is with another order number also (Order no. 1827455)

This mail is regarding the orders #1827455 and #1827480.

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

I understand that you are a startup but dont you think so it is a right of a costumer to be informed about the status atleast . It would be better if you could provide me with an estimate date of delivery
