I placed an order on 27th feb 2020 and the lockdown begin on 25th march. The upper limit for order delivery is 21 days so the product should've been earlier only. But i cooperated considering the situation at that time. Now on their site they've advertised for guaranteed dispatch till 7th may and i still have no updates regarding my order?
It's really difficult to contact sss service that's why i've to post my complaint here. They should give priority to previous order, if not, atleast let me know the status. Was this information helpful? |
