[Resolved] Street Style Store — Order not placed but money got deducted

I tried to order from the sss site on 2nd june 2017 at 1:05 pm. Order didn't get placed however money (Rs 1074.00) got deducted from my account. They are not responding via the number which was there at the site and now they have made some new interface for complaining however in every option it is asking for order number and i don't have that because i didn't get any confirmation of the order so how would i provide the same. Its very disappointing as the number [protected] is either switched off or busy always.

I have ordered my shoes since a month still I havnt received when I can get my thing I am just waiting waiting I have emailed them 3 times I didn't received any reply from them I don't know that il get my order or not it cant be even cancelled

I returned the product on 23 May and till now no updates is received regarding the replacement of products. At first they took 20 days and gave wrong product and now i have clue when vl i get the shoes and i hv also did the payment in prepaid
