[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Order not received from 3 months

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site on 11 November 2016 by paying online. Its been 3 months and i have not received my order nor did they refund my money. I have sent multiple mails to which they reply they would deliver my product but its been so long i have not received it.
I have attached the details of product payment.

Why I can't order anything from streetstyle store.whenever I pick up things it doesn't show anything about payment related to this.
