[Resolved] Street Style Store — order not received on the estimated date even though it is on priority dispatch

So here goes to nothing again. I placed an order on 26th november, it has been more than 21 days (Estimated delivery) but my order had not even been shipped yet. I have made several complaints by mailng the store but all i received was automated reply that my problem would soon be looked into. I ordered 4 things 2 t-shirt and 2 pair of heels as a gift for my sister. They sent me a mail stating they had split my order for "speedy delivery" i received the t - shirts within the 10-12 days. I thought something was off so i made a complaint at consumer complaint that's when they finally responded. I received a call almost immediately and the man on the phone assured me that my package was put on "priority dispatch" and since it is was not 21 days since the order had been placed i was asked to mark the problem as resolved. But it is now more than 21days and i still haven't received my package. If priority dispatch takes more than the stated time then you can imagine how long the standard delivery would take. I have seen a lot of "scam videos" based in this store so i did not pay by card. My problem here is the fact that they do so much publicity which attracts a bunch of customers who spend so much money just to get disappointed. I have shopped from many sites both international and the ones based in india this was by far the worst shopping experience. I am very disappointed in your site and customer service. 12/10 would not recommend it to anyone if i don't receive my package soon enough. You have a great collection of clothes but if you keep treating your customers like this soon there will be none. Please look into this matter fix this as soon as possible. Regularly updating my tickets ... but no response from other side ... and there is no mail no text no reply ... nothing
