I've received my order on 26th of April and unfortunately it is one size smaller. I tried to initiate an exchange but the exchange button was not there. Later I tried to post a complaint or a query in your page but I couldn't select the type of question due to some problem in your website. I even tried calling but it was not connected. It's been 4 days since I received the shoes and it doesn't fit. I would really like a reply because I would like to exchange these shoes for just one size bigger Was this information helpful? | |||||
