Hi team,

My order no oexzxdmkv - placed on 05/6/2017 is not yet delivered. It was a fake entry made by the delivery team that the delivery was attempted 5 times but the delivery boy has not entered the building premises even once.

Then there was a apology mail from you guys asking for re-attempt of the delivery. I confirmed re-attempt on 11th june 2017 but after that i have no updates on the product. Can you please let me know if i am going to receive the delivery or you guys are going to refund the amount paid. This has become disgusting now to keep on following with you without any reverts. Just have a look at the tickets that have been raised by me in regards to this.
Kindly share your contact details so that we can connect with you. Hope this a basic requirement for a e-commerce company to have. Please share the feedback asap or else you will force me to take legal actions as this has taken a lot of patience

We shipped your order on " 1507624" and courier company marked the status on your order as " return to origin ". May be you were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.
Whatever the case, we know order did not reach you.
