Shoes that i received were of small size. I placed an exchange request on 14.06.2017. But did not received my shoes of correct size yet. I've been asking for a refund since a month. No updates.
Return my money or deliver the product.
Please ensure i receive the products or just refund me the whole money. Otherwise i will have to forward my complaint to the consumer court.
It's been almost 2 months since i have placed the orders. Its really irritating.
None picks up the call. Horrible experience with sss...

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders.However, we have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.
