Hi! I had placed an order for shoes with order reference ddrdyjurr - placed on 01/29/2019. Still i have not received any communication about its delivery. Repeated complaints made on its website is not answered. Also the customer call number is not working. No one is picking up the call. Even mail to customer care is not being responded. I am very frustrated as i have done the online payment and they are not delivering the product.in sss website it is written that sss take 21 days to deliver order but its still not there yet. Honestly i am loosing my patience here waiting for my items to arrive. I want to let you know that i am very unhappy with sss customer service as there has not been any communication from your end whatsoever to let me know about any delay of the order arrival.
