[Resolved]  Street Style Store — order status is still preparation in progress

I have placed an order on 8th april 2018 but till now my order status is showing preparation in progress. I have placed 3 orders before but till now i haven't received any of product. Every time my order is canceled. I want to know that is it fake or real. This time i have placed the order for my birthday. Please don't cancel my order this time. I want to know i will be able to get the product or not.
