[Resolved] Street Style Store — order tracking management

I ordered two pairs of shoes from streetstylestore on 23rd sep, 2017 and made the payment immediately. It has been 23 days now and i have no clue where my order is if it has been dispatched or not as this company does not have proper order tracking system. I tried to contact on customer care for so many times but nobody responded. My order refrence number is #1801630. Please try to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
