[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Payment done but order not placed by street style store

I have placed an order 25 May 2020 for amount 419.I have received transaction successfully done mail. But my order not placed. I did not received order placed mail and my order is not found under my orders section.
I have contact your gateway ccavenue.They told amount received to Street style store account and contact them. Since I couldn’t able to reach by the number you provided in your site I tried to contact through mail, Instagram. But not yet received any reply or support from your end. Order id : [protected][protected]. This is received in transaction successfully done mail.
