[Resolved] Street Style Store — Placed an replacement order on Feb 17th and the product is still not delivered | |||||
Order Id : #1315246 I have placed a request to replace one of the shoes on 17th Feb 2017 in Street Style Store for which i had already made payment online. Its been more than 4 moths and i have not received the product yet. I wrote more than 15 emails and there was not response. They have neither delivered my product nor returned my money. The site is fooling users and making money. One of the worst service i have ever see. if they couldn't deliver the product they shouldn't take the orders or atleast they must return the money back to the user. The site is totally fake. Verified Support May 01, 2017 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Roopa PWe have gone through your order and status shows that the parcel has been returned to origin. Let us explain this to you. We shipped your order on "03/8/2017" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you. So, now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for your products which you can use in shopping in future with us! Thank you SSS | |||||
