I have ordered three flats for rs. 1099 but two of the shoes did not fit me so i had requested for a exchange from sss site. It said pick up request has been sent but it's been two days no one has come for a pick up. My contact number: [protected]
I want an exchange as soon as possible. I have paid the amount but that flat is too small yo be 36. My size is 36 but tgat show doesn't loolike 36. Its too small. I want to exchange. Do it please.

Updated by Rach1995 It was my firat time on sss and experience was horrible. I orded 36 number and you sent small flat that only banies can wear. Toooooooo small to be 36. On sole you write 36 but true size is not even 30. How can you do that and its clearly written that i can visit www.streetstylestore.com/exchange for exchanging products. I visited but you are not giving an exchange. And now your costumer care is calling me and asking bank details and debit card number. You have clearly stated that refund is no possible but now suddenly you are saying you will refund and asking me my debit details. How is that possible? I'm not a foolish consumer. Exchnage my products. I'll file complaints 10 times everyday till i get my exchange.
