[Resolved] Street Style Store — product has not been dispatched even after a month of ordering | |
I ordered a bag on 3rd of august 2018 and paid for the same. The good is neither being dispatched nor any information being provided for the same. This is the worst service ever. I want some fast action regarding this. It has been over a month. When i raised a query at their site they just responded with vague answers. They wrote back as the good is so good it is worth the wait. Do i have to wait for another birth to get my thing??? Orderid-2355189

Sep 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded my amount. They mailed me that order has been cancelled and refund was initiated from this mail address [email protected]. It took around a week Street Style Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 15, 2018 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi, We have canceled this order as we were unable to deliver it in promised delivery time and initiated refund for it. I initiated the exchange. product is already picked up but did not get my right product till now. no information. even emailed many a times but they says that my product is already delivered. help street style store. bad experience. ship my product as soon as possible.
