Placed the order of 1 pair of shoes from street style store website, order reference - #1581994 on 11.06.2017.
As per the company norms order is delivered with in maximum of 21 days.
Failure on the part of company includes:
1. No mail was placed on my mail id after order conformation mail for any further information.
2. Track your order column is vacant. So i am unable to proceed with.
3. Under raise a query column no reply is provided. For that i have raised query for the same 2 times (#13134 & #112137) & 5 days time period has been passed but no reply.
4. Under help desk mail id, i mailed them twice but only auto generated mail is delivered that too reply to go with support system as i have done it & details have been mentioned under point 4.
5. Helpline number as is provided on sss website firstly says not reachable then if you try for the second time every time bell ring but no one picks up the call. I have tried more than 50 times.
6. I have not got my shoes till now.
I request you to please consider the aforesaid & help me out of this so that i can have my order as early as possible.

More than 12 days time period has been passed excluding public holidays but still no refund has been granted. This is 3rd time i am approaching via consumer complaints. Every time when i complain same reply is forwarded from SSS and consequently no refund is granted.

Refund Initiated on 10.08.2017
Status of my SSS Account from 10.08.2017 (i.e from last 3 months) is - "Refund Requested - Discontinued Product"
Even when i communicate through mails from my SSS Account - Auto confirmation reply comes back without answering the customers query. Additionally for the selection of question while placing query on SSS Account of the concerned customer that does not contain option for Refund not granted. And when i again tried to communicate with SSS, SSS authorities simply asks about the details of my order placed on 11.06.2017 and after that no response.
From last three months neither i received order nor my refund.
Please consider it as last opportunity and refund the whole amount of my order reference - #1581994 on 11.06.2017.
