Street Style Store — Product not delivered, need refund.

I placed an order on 13th June of 699 Rs and it's still has been delivered yet. I don't want the dress now because it's been many days and I don't have patience left. No website takes this much of time and should take time.I tried calling/emailing them but haven't received any response. I came to just now that they're fraud and running scam by taking money of customers and not delivering product, their return/refund policy is also pathetic. Please help and ask them to refund my money (699 Rs)
