[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Product not received and thereafter refund not received

I ordered a pair of shoes from street style store on 4th May 2016 worth Rs. 999. (Order No.: [protected][protected]

I didn't receive them in the estimated time. After several complaints, I was assured that I would receive the product. I didn't receive it. On 28th October 2016, I received an email stating the product was out of stock.

Again, no information about refund that I requested.

On 17th November after complaining on the FB page, I was asked my bank account details to process the refund. Instead I got a mail that said they'd issued me a credit note. I asked to be refunded the money as there was no guarantee that another product I order will be refunded.

On Jan 18th 2016, I was again asked my bank account details for refund. I still haven't received any refund in my account.

I demand a full refund of 999 and additional damages of 20% for the sheer harassment and waste of time that I've had to deal with.
