It has been more than a month that I had placed an order for shoes & I have yet not received my product. Also these people have the same copy paste email format which they paste it when asked any question. They are not helping me know the exact status of my order not they are providing me any details as to how they might proceed with the refund. I am highly disappointed with this attitude.
