My order:- DTIKXQSHV has not been dispatched yet. It shows preparation in progress since the day I have ordered it. I need that product urgently before 20th Jan, 2017. I was expecting an early delivery but I could see no progress in it. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible. Because of this order only I didn't order from other shopping apps. Kindly look into the matter and try to deliver the product as soon as possible.
