Street Style Store — Product received is of different color

Hi,

I placed my order with street style store for 'walk around with tan' order id: 1631463/ order: usaadjosh/ placed on 07/3/2017 11:07:54.

The image on the website shows a pink-brown shade shoe. I received my order and the color of the product is brown. I am attaching the image as well as sharing the link to the product. The screenshot is the product displayed on the website while the brown one is what i received.

I dropped them a query but have received no response from their end. I cannot accept the product as it is not what i ordered. I would like them to refund the amount in my bank.
