this was the mail which was send 1 week back to Silky kapoor marking all the customer care departments yet i haven't received any revert on the same .

i have been following up with this girl, she hasn't been there anytime to resolve my issue. i need the link for which i can order for 2000 rs either you guys refund my money i really dont have the time to keep writing mails.

worst experience ever face with your website inspite of not ordering for the first time.

kindly resolve my issue.

Updated by Vertika Batra Can i have the update on whats happening to my money, bloody i have invested that money to buy your product the delivery doesn't happen on time, i ordered on the dress on a credit note and the delivery boy didnt handover the product because it was a prepaid delivery, i dont understand what is happening with you guys, how horrible you can behave with a customer, we cant reach you on your number given on the website why the hell have you guys mentioned on the website.

I ahve been continuously dropping mails to customer caree support id,

Nancy arora and gaurav i need answers from you guys, you have been in touch with me for any issues, please answer my queries i ahve been dropping mails but there is no response

And either refund my money if you guys are just not intrested to give me any product in exchange . My balance credit note is alos not issued.

Urdzdmrlx - order id number of the product ordered on a credit note of 699

I recieve a call from the delivery team that we cant handover because its a prepaid order, is this my f* responsibility.

Please sort this out or else im going legal.

Please share the credit note of my balance amount.
