Hi, i have written several emails to street style store to return the item purchased. It's been so many days but all i keep getting is an automated response to the ticket raised and resolved without anyone answering my concern. I placed a return request for my order the same day i received the items but no one seems to respond. The order is still intact with the same package and i intend to return it because i didn't like the quality. Can someone help me, please? The customer care number doesn't work and is not reachable or either busy.

A good note for you as with this mail your exchange process starts for order #1692651. Before we proceed, some technical information for you here.

With the end of this mail, we will initiate your pick up of the products. The pick-up will take "2-4" working days. Once product is picked up from your address, you may revert us on the same email confirming that the pick-up is done.

“Nandita Gurung", this is how the whole process will go and we understand this is little complex. Please be patient and we will do our best to conclude it smoothly.

Note: Since the courier used for reverse pick-ups is a third party service we request you to collect proof of acceptance slip from the courier guy. This will serve as evidence that the goods were picked from you.
