Street Style Store — really bad customer service and exchange policy

I ordered for a pair of sneakers two months before. First of all the delivery took weeks. Then when i received the package, one shoe was oversize. Then i drafted a complaint and then it took weeks before they came to exchange the product. They took the product saying that the replacement will arrive within 2-3 days. It din't arrive before 2-3 weeks. They had once agian delivered the same size. I once again placed an exchange it took almost a month till it arrived recently and even after paying all the charges beforehand, they took 200 /- from me.
Wht kind of a return policy huh..??
You dont allow to exchange the product fr other one neither you refund the amount paid for the order.
Highly disgusted by the customer service!!! First and last purchase!!!
