[Resolved] Street Style Store — received defective product and still not able to place return request

Few days back i received my order with two shoes, out of which one is defective. The holes which are meant for laces in the shoes are torned due to which it is of no use for me. I have raised a ticket on there site but no response from their site as usual. And the next pair of shoes is one size large what it is supposed to be. So, i want to return both and in return want a refund for the same in my bank account. No vouchers as i don't believe in prepaid orders from this site. Please get me back asap.

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product the pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
