[Resolved] Street Style Store — received smaller size and still not able to place return request

I have received a pair of flats which doesn't fits me and when i tried to place exchange for it i was unable to do so. Please either exchange it or return it as it is of my no use. It's totally a waste for me. Please initiate the return asap as it's already been more than a month. I have raised a ticket on your site as well but no reply as usual. This is not the first time, i have faced this problem many a times and always no resolution from your side. Please improve your support services.

Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi,

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product the pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, we issue you the credit voucher.

Updated by Srishti Gureja I still have not received refund SSS voucher as said by you on our telephonic conversation since the product has been picked up 3-4 days back.
