SSS itself cancelled my order since it failed in footwear delivery even after 50 days. I need my refund or else I ll go to consumer court. SSS update me on my refund otherwise your idea of fooling people will not save your business. Orderid 1091224. I am fed up of this process of following up with you, Even your support staff is not that capable of replying for the complains efficiently. So better you treat this case on priority otherwise I will have to take help of social media to get my refund and I I ll do the same, you will loose your image in social media, and which will effect your business even more.

Updated by Dhwani Shaunak Thaker SSS has totally failed in deliver the order even after taking 55 days, then it cancelled my order. Its been 8 days, since order cancellation but haven't received my refund for the same. I had to follow up like 20 times for orders and now for refunds also. This company is behaving unprofessionally and just fool the customers by keeping attractive items on its site. They never deliver the order and very ill mannered in providing response. If I don't get my refund in two days, will take the legal action against company. I don't understand even after receiving so many complaints against this website, why does consumer forum not cancelling the licence of this company for selling products online. Give me my refund back. Order id 1091224

The refund amount worth Rs 699 has been done from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.
