I had purchased the product with order# 7424214 & 7433251 on 24.03.2023 and 25.03.2023 .
I have made payment twice due to technical fault and twice the amt deducted for amt 1797/- Rps With transaction id[protected]
[protected].
Also i have contacted the ICICI Bank and they have also confirmed via MAIL that, amt has been debited twice from my A/c and credited to their A/c which is also lying with ICICI Bank dtd 24.03.2023 and 25.03.2023.
And same also i have informed to SSS via mail, and their website but they are not responding to any of my calls, mails etc.
i have requested many times and have been following up with them since MARCH 2023. but till date- no response i have received. Was this information helpful? |
