I have placed an order for 3 pair of footwear on 12th of April 2022. My order id is #6010616. Your cancellation policy shows that a customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped. But there is no cancel option in the my orders section. I want to cancel my order ASAP. I have tried multiple times to contact on your customer care number but it's always busy. Street Style Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 20, 2022 Updated by Chinu011 It's a humble request to change the shipping adress of the order if you cannot cancel it. I am moving to a new place and no one will be available at the older adress to take the delivery. So either cancel my order or change the shipping adress immediately. May 16, 2022 Updated by Chinu011 As per my request my order has been cancelled . It's been nearly 26 days and still I didn't get refund of the payment made by me. I want the refund of the amount in my account ASAP.
