The product is yet not shipped. At least i haven't got any information. The product number is about #2066627.
Tell me the date by when i can get it, otherwise initiate the refund. Because it has already been more than 15 days but i have not got any notification.
I have to go out of station and your website has clearly mentioned that i will get it between 3-21 days but i haven't got any notification since i have paid for my order.

I ordered 2 shoe's from ass, used debit card the amount 1348 had been deducted from my account, but it's showing payment error, this not my first order, please resolve my problem as soon as possible, my order date is 10/02/18 and the order no. Is 2078506. Please resolve it
