My order no #1249470 Wander Wherever sneaker was return on 1 January 2016 because of the wrong shoe size... So i change the size of the shoe and make a replacement..The product have already been pick up as well to get replace ..But I havent get back the replacement shoe...And i dont get any email or message about the replacement i make about the shoe...When will i get back my shoe and at least a message or email about the shoe That i replace ...Since no Message came no

Kindly exchange the product with correct size.. On the site the order still says "reattempt delivery" for my product and no link is given for exchange.. I need it urgent..
